Congratulations to DK Mink – Recipient of BOMA Florida’s Distinguished Leader Award

BOMA Florida proudly honors Debra Kay “DK” Mink with the Distinguished Leader Award for her outstanding service and long-standing commitment to the organization and the commercial real estate industry.

With more than 20 years of experience in sales, leasing, and property management across office, retail, and multifamily sectors, DK has built a reputation for excellence, leadership, and community engagement. A graduate of Florida State University, she is the founder of Mink & Mink, Inc., which merged with Neal Realty & Investments in 2024.

DK has been deeply involved with BOMA throughout her career — serving as President of the Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beaches chapter, Chair of Government Affairs for BOMA Florida, and contributing to key legislative efforts including Florida ADA legislation and the Florida Building Code Commission.

Her dedication, professionalism, and passion have helped advance BOMA Florida’s mission and strengthen the industry statewide. Congratulations, DK, and thank you for your many years of leadership and service
